for Reflection, Connection, & Growth
I offer two unique writing circles, each designed to hold space for different journeys. Both circles are welcoming, no prior writing experience needed—just an open heart.
The Ones Who Hold:
A Writing Circle for Birthworkers

Who it’s for: Active birthworkers—doulas, midwives, educators, perinatal practitioners—who hold space for others and need space held for themselves.

When: Thursdays, 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (6 sessions, every other week)

What to expect: Guided prompts, reflection, and community sharing, tailored to those who witness birth, loss, and transformation.

Womb Writes:
A Mindful Writing Circle

Who it’s for: Anyone called to explore the wisdom of the womb.

When: Tuesdays, 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm (6 sessions, weekly)

What to expect: A deeper dive into personal transformation, with mindful reflection, writing, and shared stories of life’s transitions.

Root to Rise: Birth Story Writing + Embodiment Workshop

Where: Revolution Yoga, Acton, MA
Who: Parents
Join us for a unique 90-minute experience combining movement, meditation, gentle acupressure, and guided journaling.
Together, we’ll create space for your story to unfold—whether your birth was recent or long ago, empowering or complicated, or somewhere in between. This workshop is not about crafting the perfect narrative—it's about honoring your experience, tuning into your body, and giving voice to your truth.
Led by Clara O'Rourke, childbirth educator, doula, and energy worker, and Erica Taylor, prenatal yoga instructor and somatic healer.
