  • โ€‹Where: Zoom

  • Space limited to 10 participants.

Womb Writes:
A Mindful Writing Circle

Root to Rise: Birth Story Writing + Embodiment Workshop

When: TBD
Where: Revolution Yoga, Acton, MA
Who:
Parents

Join us for a unique 90-minute experience combining movement, meditation, gentle acupressure, and guided journaling.

Together, we’ll create space for your story to unfold—whether your birth was recent or long ago, empowering or complicated, or somewhere in between. This workshop is not about crafting the perfect narrative—it's about honoring your experience, tuning into your body, and giving voice to your truth.

Led by Clara O'Rourke, childbirth educator, doula, and energy worker, and Erica Taylor, prenatal yoga instructor and somatic healer.
