Massachusetts Birth Doula Support

Let's walk this journey together

Your path to parenthood is as unique as you are —

and whether you’re birthing your first or ninth baby, entering parenthood unpartnered, growing your queer family, or expanding your neurodivergent household, you deserve a birth experience that feels safe, sacred, and fully yours.

As your doula, I’m here to hold space for all that you are: your identity, your emotions, your intuition, and your deepest desires for this birth. I honor the fact that birth is not just physical but also a profoundly emotional and spiritual journey.

For my clients who feel deeply — spiritually, mentally, or in tune with their bodies in ways that might not always fit the mainstream — I meet you where you are. I respect the unique ways you process the world and communicate your needs. Whether you need extra time to feel safe, a quiet space for grounding, or someone to help translate complex medical jargon into simple steps, I’m here to make sure your voice is heard. Together, we’ll navigate the twists and turns of this journey. I’ll provide evidence-based information and remind you that your intuition matters, your preferences hold power, and your uniqueness is not a barrier but a strength in how you approach this life-changing moment.

You don’t have to walk this path alone. With unwavering compassion, expertise, and a heart open to all of who you are, I’ll be by your side as you grow — in confidence, in strength, in love, and as a parent.

Let’s create a birth space that honors all of you.

Why hire a doula?

Having doula support is like having a personalized childbirth educator, life coach, and honest friend who will ground you throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. Birth doulas provide essential support for birthing people and their families/chosen support networks by uplifting their voices and guiding them to a more empowering and positive birth experience through physical, emotional, informational, and advocacy support.

Education & Guidance

Information is power. As a former researcher-turned-doula, I’m here to empower you with knowledge about comfort measures, labor positions, interventions, and pain management techniques helping you feel confident and prepared. Leave the information overload behind and let's get you what you need to feel confident in your decisions.

Advocacy

Your voice matters — in life, in birth, and in every medical decision you make. As your advocate, I’m here to help amplify that voice. I'll support you in communicating your preferences clearly, ensuring that healthcare providers understand and respect your wishes and honor your autonomy. For families who face bias or lack of understanding within the medical system, having an informed, supportive advocate by your side is essential.

Emotional Support

As a doula, I’m here to hold space for your full experience, recognizing that birth can bring up deeply personal emotions, especially for those navigating the world with marginalized identities or past traumas. Birth is a time of transformation, and having someone by your side who truly sees you can make all the difference.

Comfort Measures

Research shows that having a doula present during labor can significantly reduce the perception of pain, decrease the need for interventions, and increase overall satisfaction with the birth experience. Pain is never just physical; it’s tied to emotions, mindset, and your birth environment. Together, we’ll create a space where you can move through labor with confidence and ease, feeling supported in both body and spirit.

For neurodivergent or highly sensitive birthing people, I tailor my approach to suit your unique sensory and emotional needs — creating an environment that feels calming, supportive, and empowering.

Why work with me?

My care is rooted in inclusivity, affirmation, and wholehearted support for all family structures, identities, and birth choices. I take a holistic approach to birthwork by complementing evidence-based information with mindfulness strategies so you feel informed, confident, and grounded.  Whether you're stepping into parenthood for the first time or growing your family, my goal is to walk alongside you — making sure you feel empowered, informed, and truly seen throughout your journey.

I’m bilingual. I offer English and Spanish doula services so language never stands in the way of the care you deserve.

Testimonials

Arlene Sanchez

Mother of Two

"If there were one word that could sum up my experience working with her it would be empowering. She is passionate, deeply aware of herself and how to show up for each individual client, and relentless in making sure all you need to do is focus on breathing and birthing. Her energy is grounding and affirming. I highly recommend for any birthing person in need of not just an advocate, but someone who truly sees you and meets you where you're at.  I had an incredible birth experience thank for her support and the guidance she gave my husband and I in preparation for the big day.
