Birth Doula Services
Let's walk this journey together
Your path to parenthood is as unique as you are — and whether you’re birthing your first or ninth baby, you deserve a birth experience that feels safe, sacred, and fully yours.

As your doula, I’m here to hold space for all that you are: your identity, your emotions, your intuition, and your deepest desires for this birth. I honor the fact that birth is not just physical but also a profoundly emotional and spiritual journey. I provide physical, emotional, informational, and advocacy support to help you navigate one of life's most incredible transforamtions. I’m here to make sure your voice is heard.

You don’t have to walk this path alone. With unwavering compassion, expertise, and a heart open to all of who you are, I’ll be by your side as you grow — in confidence, in strength, in love, and as a parent.
Let’s create a birth space that honors all of you.
What makes me different from other doulas?
My care is rooted in inclusivity, affirmation, and wholehearted support for all. I take a holistic approach to birthwork by integrating evidence-based information, traditional knowledge, and mindfulness strategies.I help birthing people understand their options, claim their power, and move forward with clarity.

I’m also deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming care for all families — especially LGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC families, neurodivergent individuals, and those who haven’t always felt safe or seen in medical spaces. Your story, your identity, your choices — they all belong here.

And underneath it all, I believe in the healing power of education, story, and self-trust. My goal isn’t just to help you prepare for birth — it’s to help you reconnect with your voice, your body, and your wisdom.

Because this isn’t just about how your baby is born.
It’s about how you rise in the process.

I’m bilingual. I offer English and Spanish doula services, so language never stands in the way of the care you deserve.

What does doula support look like?
As your doula, I’m here to help you feel informed, grounded, and confident in your choices.
As your birth doula, I can:
-
Provide childbirth education and informational support so we replace that looming uncertainty with confidence
-
Support you with birth planning, setting intentions for your birth that reflect your preferences and values
-
Practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness strategies for labor
-
24/7 on-call availability to support you during your labor
-
Integrate Reiki healing during your birth experience or add on sessions prenatally or postpartum
-
Help your support partner feel integrated and confident in how to support you throughout the process
-
Collaborate with your care team to provide exceptional, family-centered care
-
Support you in advocating for your desires and needs throughout the journey
-
Capture unforgettable moments with professional birth photography
-
Help you process and integrate your birth experience and offer support for healing postpartum
Wait, you can photography AND offer doula support?
Yes! I photograph birth intentionally—capturing powerful moments while still having the space to offer physical and emotional support throughout your labor.
When it’s time to meet your baby, and you are focused on bonding during those quiet moments, this allows me to step back and document that life-changing moment between you and your support partner. A lot of the folks I work with want to keep their birth space as cozy and connected as possible—which is why hiring someone who can offer both doula care and photography feels like the right fit for many.

Where do you work?
I support clients in hospitals, birth centers, and homebirths in Massachusetts, including Central Massachusetts, Metro West, the greater Boston area, the North Shore, and southern New Hampshire. Please inquire if you're roughly a 50-mile radius from Harvard, MA.
Are doula services covered by insurance?
More and more insurance policies are moving towards covering and reimbursing for doula services. I regularly work with Carrot Benefits, as well as other smaller fertility programs. I do take MassHealth, but do not bill directly with other insurances. If your insurance does cover doula support, confirm with them about reimbursement options. If finances are an issue, I do offer a select number of sliding scales each year.
