2 PRENATAL COACHING CALLS
Video calls where we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth vision, and preferences. These are customized based on your needs and desires. Typically we review comfort measures, birth preparation, and postpartum planning. I also help train your partner/ support person to implement my doula tips for physical comfort when labor starts.
SUPPORT DURING LABOR
I am on call to support you during labor starting at 38 weeks. I’ll support you through FaceTime or Zoom for your labor & birth.
ONE POSTPARTUM CHECK-IN CALL
We will talk through your birth experience and ensure set you up for a supported "fourth trimester".

Downloadable resources that include postpartum workbooks,
