Ready for Cesarean Birth Class

What to Expect & How to Prepare

Prepare for a calm, informed, and empowering cesarean birth

If you’ve been told you may need a cesarean…
or you’re planning one…

You might be wondering:

  • What will it actually feel like?

  • Will I still get to have a meaningful, connected birth experience?

  • How do I advocate for what matters to me in the OR?

This class is here to walk you through it—step by step—so you can move into your birth feeling grounded, informed, and supported.

Because a cesarean birth isn’t something that’s “happening to you.”

It is still your birth.

And you deserve to feel calm, confident, and part of every decision.

"I truly appreciated her ability to not only educate us on what to expect on the day of delivery and how to advocate for ourselves."

- Danielle
